Description
The Excure EB flexo varnishes are photo initiator free varnishes, very low in odour and with very low migration properties for curing with electron beam under N2 atmosphere.
Features
- The Excure EB flexo varnishes can be applied wet-on-dry on conventional inks and wet-on-wet or wet-on-dry on Excure EB FOOD inks
- The Excure EB flexo varnishes are formulated with very low toxity ingredients
- Low in wet odour and very low odour in the cured print
- This varnish is press ready at optimal viscosity
- The Excure EB flexo varnishes can be used with normal flexo and letterpress plates
- Optimal resistance properties will be obtained 24 hours after printing
- Best curing at oxygen levels below 100 ppm
- Good adhesion on paper, board (incl. PE board) and pre-treated plastic films and foils
Applications
- Varnishing machines / coaters / flexo units equipped with EB -curing systems and inert blanketing
